Middle Eastern investment group were launching a new brand into the UK market. The brief was to devise a differentiated food offer, source a supply chain and agree commercial arrangements with food partners. The target was to test the first site to secure further investment for two further sites.

Reviewed the market and recommended brand positioning. Devised a differentiated food offering, along with full costings, allergens and recipe guides. Set-up logistics and commercial arrangements with food partners. We were then asked to support sales & marketing activity, we set-up the website and other digital assets, devised campaigns and sales initiatives.
