We redefined the role of food & drink within the organisation then undertook extensive quantitative and qualitative research.

We then chose our team of partners through a procurement process, which brought in both cost savings and investment to then allow us to test a food & drink concept to prove its success.

We developed a food & drink investment concept. After our work, food & drink customer satisfaction increased from 25% to  67.4%.

Best of all, our projected 4-year strategic revenue growth exceeded all expectations and delivered in year 1.
